Delta Drive is a planetary gear unit designed and realised to sand every kind of traditional or pre-finished wood floors.

The 3 satellites high speed (3,1 times the Single discs speed) and the counter-rotating movement, make this unit very comfortable and easy to use.

Delta Drive has a steel and aluminium structure, with steel gears and a nylon crown gear. The 3 satellites have a 145 mm diameter on which 150 mm Velcro backed grinding discs can be applied.

All satellites are mounted on double row ball bearings, with steel axels and dust-gaskets.

Beta Drive è is available for Wirbel & Ghibli, Klindex, Clark, Columbus Single-discs..

After the use of Delta Drive, the painting will turn out to be more uniform. The wood natural colour will be enhanced with the use of Delta Drive.

I normally use Delta Drive after the sander roller, with 80 and 100-grit and a 120-net.

I often re-grind historic buildings floors, where parking nearby is not always allowed and where the noise is a nuisance for the owner. Delta Drive, with its Single-disc and its perfect vacuum system, is a perfect compromise to guarantee a great success.

Before installing the new flooring, I suggest you to run a hygrometric test to check the subfloor planarity and adequacy.
